These are my basic steps toward much healthy life style:

3. Never skip meals:

One of the most common mistakes in the process of losing weight is the omission of meals. How many times have you heard about people eating only two meals per day? The high motivation for losing weight is the reason, but it's not a practical way to go. In fact, two meals a day may be the worst thing one can do to losing weight.
The metabolism needs the consistency of regular meals; without this consistency, the body thinks it's starving. Therefore, unfortunately, everything the body takes in afterward it stores as fat for use as an energy source later.
Eating three balanced meals a day, skipping none, is even better than the regular diets that we used to hear of. Even more, you can increase the number of daily meals and reduce their quantities. Whenever you feel extra hungry, you can simply fill your stomach with healthy snacks filled with fiber, such as salads.

4. Introduce exercise into your lifestyle :

Introducing exercise into your daily routine can be your ticket to healthy life with less weight. Daily workouts will burn the excess fat that you consume, and, if you are on a healthy diet plan, workouts will burn from the ones you have been storing.
Choosing the type of exercise can help you reach your goal and lose thirty pounds in thirty days, and make your dream come true. Walking is your best choice, for it will burn more fats than running will. It’s not as exhausting as jogging, rope jumping, or other severe exercise, either. Walking will affect your health in a positive way and won't jeopardize your risk of injury.
In fact, exercise and good health are two sides of the same coin. It’s never too late to reshape your body and have the physique of which you’ve always dreamed.
