Lose thirty pounds without any pills!

Are pills for weight loss effective? Is it that simple to change my life? If I'm taking pills, but nothing has happened yet, do I have to diet as well? Do I have to work out and take pills? These are samples from the tons of questions I hear every day on the pill issue. To be honest, I found the whole pill idea to be very hectic, silly and impractical.

When people learned that I used to be a healthcare consultant in a weight loss institute, they started to ask about pills. I will talk to you here about these pills, and I will try to be as specific and plain as possible. First, I'd like you to answer this question: Do you really think pills are that effective, so as to help you lose pounds without dieting or working out?

I think you can see my point. No pill in the world can cause you to simply lose thirty pounds, and there are many pills out there: Cortislim, Zantrex-3, Focus Factor, Metabolife, Stacker 2, and TrimSpa. Can you judge which one of them will help you to lose thirty pounds? I can tell you; not one will induce you to lose that many pounds quickly./p>

All you’re going to lose is your money and your time. In my humble opinion, you will lose weight only two ways: proper diet and exercise.

Can you picture someone trying to lose weight by sitting in front of TV, holding weight loss sugar pills in one hand and a soda can in the other hand?

So, how can one lose thirty pounds? I do believe that spiritual motivation should take first place. Try to be positive in your thoughts, but don't ever think the problem will just go away. You can lose those pounds if your spirit wants to. Then, try a good diet with a dietitian who will help you to rediscover sound eating habits. Finally, you will have to get some exercise, like walking and simple stretching, so as to help your body burn the extra calories that you obtain from meals.

The most important part, as I said before, is to realize that pills are not the instant, effective, simple invention for weight loss that many people are led to believe they are.
