After removing the no-carbohydrate food idea from your mind, think of healthy ways, rather than the temporary ways of desperate trials. Consider that nearly every day a new diet method shows up. Try to stay away from the tricks and follow the healthy way.
By following science, the best diet for diabetics and non-diabetic patients who have health problems should involve low-carbohydrate foods, or a high fiber complex carbohydrate diet.
