No-oil granola recipe low in fat:
Very healthy and lovely. As mentioned, there is no oil used, so it has a very low fat content. No detectable raise in calories this way. Moreover, fat causes diabetes, not sugar; so, being of a low-fat content, it fits well with diabetics.
