Green bean vegetable stir fry

This is my favorite green bean recipes I have ever tried, too easy and very healthy.
1 pound green beans
4-5 carrots, sliced
1 red bell pepper
1 medium onion
Juice of 1 lemon
Olive oil
Salt to taste
Parsley (fresh)

• Use fresh vegetables, saute onion in olive oil, cut vegetables but do not cut parsley.
• Cook for 3 minutes, or until tender but crisp to the bite, through that time, stir frequently and add salt.
• Add fresh-snipped parsley.

Tips for better cooking of green beans:
• Use small amount of water due to the vegetables contain much water inside.
• Avoid the over-cooking so as not to destroy some important nutrients.
• Use colored vegetables for eye attraction.
• Do not use cook vegetables that can be eaten raw for not destroying the nutrients.
• Once again, do not over cook.
