Pumpkin seed recipe No. 1: Toasted Pumpkin Seeds Prepare it as you like it either roasted, salted peanuts or other nuts, you can have roasted or toasted pumpkin seeds. To prepare them:· 2 cups of pumpkin seeds · 2 tablespoons olive oil · 1½ teaspoons salt
- Wash the pumpkin seeds fine, dry them on paper towel sheets.
Pumpkin seed recipe No. 2: pumpkin seed cereal dash This is my favorite. If you can eat it every day, do so, for it has many health benefits, especially for men. At least eat it once a week.
