- ½ cup honey
- 3 cups whole wheat flower
- 1 tablespoon gluten flower
- 1 tsp spoon salt
- ½ cup chopped nuts, walnuts are good
- 2 cups mashed ripe bananas
- ¾ cup chopped dates

• Mix well. Expect it to be thick.
• Put the mixture into a greased and floured pan to rise for 30-45 minutes.
• Bake at 350°F for 40 - 50 minutes. It makes a large loaf.
• The serving size is one slice (260 calories, 20g sugar per serving).
